01 Agent List in use
This is the Agent List currently stored in this tool — review it under the Agent List tab before running a batch, to confirm every agent you need is there.
02 Upload the ARC export
The raw ARC sheet with the 28 required columns. Tab-, comma-, or pipe-delimited text files are auto-detected — no need to convert to Excel first.

Edits to existing rows are saved when you click "Save changes." Adding or deleting a row saves immediately.
Add an agent
Special people
Per Step 16 of the Service Fees pipeline: these named agents get individual handling on the Service Fees sheet instead of the standard Air Team/Employee/Self-Ticketing commission math. Not used on the Air Tickets sheet.
| Name | Agent ID | Air Team % | IC % | Comments |
|---|
Air Team % = 0 means always 100% to IC, no duplication. Air Team % > 0 still requires a paired invoice line (same Invoice Number, a different Agent ID) before it splits — with no pair it falls back to 100% IC regardless of the percentages set here.
Add a special person
Air Team classification
Per Step 10: any row whose Client Name matches an entry here is classified as an Air Team booking (in addition to the existing "airteam"/"/" Invoice Remarks check). This only decides the row's Type — it does not by itself exempt anything in Step 14 or Step 15 (see the Corporate Accounts tab for that).

Add a client match
Corporate accounts
Per Steps 14 & 15: for rows already classified as Air Team, a Client Name matching an entry here is treated as a corporate account — exempt from the Outside Agent ID requirement (Step 14) and skipped from the invoice-remarks split/duplicate parsing (Step 15). Adding a client here also adds it to Air Team Classification automatically, since 14/15 only ever run on rows already tagged Air Team.

Database status
Agent List, Special People, Air Team Classification, and Corporate Accounts are stored in the shared database — this is what makes one person's save visible to the next person who opens this tool, no re-upload needed.
Connection
checking…
Sandbox / Test Mode
Test changes without touching the shared database. While sandbox mode is on, all four tables read/write this browser's local storage only — nothing you do here reaches the shared database, and nothing from the shared database shows up until you turn it back off.
Sandbox is OFF — you're in live mode
Reset shared database
Resets the shared database back to the last confirmed-good backup (ARC Tool Data Backup 2026-09-11.xlsx). This overwrites the live data for everyone using this tool — use it only to recover from a bad state, not as a routine action.
